Role purpose
Support project procurement administration through RFQ tracking, vendor follow-up, bid comparison support, PO tracking, expediting, procurement registers, and procurement reporting inside AYATA.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain RFQ, bid, vendor, purchase order, and procurement tracking registers.
- Follow up with vendors, bidders, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders.
- Support bid comparison tables, tender clarifications, commercial summaries, and procurement status reports.
- Track purchase orders, delivery dates, expediting status, delayed items, and procurement alerts.
- Maintain procurement documentation and SharePoint-linked records through AYATA.
- Support procurement dashboards, weekly reports, monthly reports, and management snapshots.
- Coordinate with contracts, cost control, planning, document control, and project teams.
Required experience
- 5+ years in procurement administration, preferably in construction, mining, oil and gas, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Experience with RFQs, POs, vendor communication, expediting, bid comparison support, and procurement reporting.
- Strong register discipline, document-control awareness, and comfort working with structured workflows.
