Role purpose
Support project HR and recruitment administration, including manpower requests, onboarding tracking, timesheets, visa/document tracking, recruitment requests, CV coordination, and manpower reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain manpower, onboarding, timesheet, leave, visa, and personnel document tracking registers.
- Support recruitment request administration and candidate/CV tracking.
- Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, project teams, HR leads, and client-side representatives.
- Prepare manpower reports, onboarding status reports, and document-expiry alerts.
- Track mobilization, demobilization, personnel documentation, and missing HR records.
- Support AYATA HR workflows and approved recruitment request handoffs.
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel, salary, recruitment, and candidate information.
Required experience
- 4+ years in HR administration, recruitment coordination, manpower planning support, or project HR.
- Construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or remote workforce experience preferred.
- Experience handling confidential personnel data and structured HR records.
