Role purpose
Support contract administration through correspondence tracking, notices, claims logs, variation tracking, subcontract administration, payment certificate follow-up, and contract reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain contract registers, correspondence logs, notice logs, claims logs, and variation registers.
- Track subcontractor submissions, contractual deadlines, approvals, required responses, and overdue actions.
- Support payment certificate, progress payment, PPC, and invoice follow-up.
- Assist with contract status reports, commercial dashboards, and warning registers.
- Coordinate with procurement, cost control, document control, planning, and project management teams.
- Support contract workflows inside AYATA, including contractor submissions, claims, notices, correspondence, and variations.
- Preserve audit-ready contract records, decision history, and supporting documentation.
Required experience
- 5+ years in contract administration, commercial administration, subcontract administration, or claims support.
- Construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, or industrial project experience preferred.
- Familiarity with contractual correspondence, notices, variations, and claims tracking.
