Role purpose
Lead AYATA's support delivery for one or more client projects, coordinating hub staff, monitoring service quality, managing client communication, and ensuring AYATA workflows are followed properly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, HR, document control, contracts, cost control, planning, and IT support roles.
- Act as AYATA's daily delivery representative for assigned projects.
- Monitor service quality, deadlines, reports, overdue items, issue resolution, and client feedback.
- Lead daily stand-ups, weekly status calls, and monthly service reviews.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing needs to AYATA Operations.
- Ensure AYATA workflows, dashboards, and reporting cycles are followed consistently.
Required experience
- 7+ years in project management, project controls leadership, PMO, or service delivery on construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary remote or hub-based teams.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
